The below quote is the requirement extracted from one of the standards.

Where a protection scheme comprises an integrated system made up of a number of relays example differential said:
g testing[/b] is carried out which can demonstrate correct performance of the scheme]

I did not understand what is this term g testing means. If anyone is familiar with this term, please share.

g testing probably refer to the relay capability to withstand an specified mechanical & seismic endurance test.

What standard is that from? Is it available on-line to see the context?

I have come across this while reviewing a document related to the Site Operational Test Procedure for 11kV Switchboard.

It is referred in the context of relay protection scheme checking. My guess is this could be pertaining to the complete scheme check.

A typo? Is the term used more than once?

That is a good diagnostics. I have seen it multiple locations, but in the same document.

I have not seen this term in any other documents. Or anyone using this term "g test".
