Hello,

I need to split one flow into different lines,is it possible to have the same flow in every pipe without using a flow control valve for the different lines, Is it enough to ensure the same diameter and the same length to have an equal distribution of the gas?

This may be possible, roughly speaking, if in addition, all consumers are operating at the same pressure always.

You have the same pressure at the junction but different pressures at the end. Therefore different flow rates for "equal" pipes.

Depends on how accurate you need identical flows. 1%, 5%, 10% ??

Different systems will be sensitive to different things. Long pipe lengths >500m will be sensitive to small changes in pipe id or roughness, short lengths sensitive to the end pressure.
