How can it be noticed if 50% gasoline have been filled into a Diesel vehicle tank? The engine could be started and was running 25 miles w/o noticing it. Only when the engine was cool it had problems to start it.

Whoops!
First, the engine will be much noisier, and probably show white smoke from the tailpipe.
The fuel system should be drained immediately and refilled with new diesel. The gasoline has little or no lubricating properties for the injector pump, plus the engine is not designed for gasoline in the CI mode.
Someone will probably write in and say to add a couple of litres of engine oil or transmission fluid and drive it, but the proper way is to drain and refill.
