I am trying to create a gauge table that loads into Solidworks that picks the gauge, default radius, and applie the correct k-factor. I have created the table but get an error in Solidworks. Does anyone have a table I could spingboard off of to manipulate number to match our vendors suggested k-factors?

Why not use the ones that come with SolidWorks? You should be able to find them around <install_dir>\lang\<language>Sheet Metal Gauge Tables\

It may be helpful to say what the error message is, too.

The error message is "The thickness of this bend fell outside the bend allowance/deduction table. The bend allowance/deduction is evaluated using the K factor instead."

I thought that I had the K-factor input in my table. This is why I was looking for a sample to see how the table is properly populated.
