Is it possible for a Runout 'callout' to be changed from filled arrow to unfilled arrow ? Without using the customer defaults,

Intriguing ... I see what your after.
My only guess is that you could create a "User Defined Symbol" and build up your own GD&T within the "Note" feature.

HOWEVER ... do consider what the correct requirement is for the drafting standard to which you are working (BS / ANSI / ASME). You could always consult the relevant Eng-Tips forum for advice!

I need to support ISO, but allow for ASME/ANSI.

I want to keep SITE defaults locked to ISO, but can't see how to change the 'style' of the GD&T using a preference.
