GE F650 Get project from relay.

Hi gents!
I have some problems with IED GE F650. Can you explain how to get logic equation (PLC) from relay? When I open to PCL editior, I see that button "Get project from relay" doesn't active.

I don't have an exact answer, but I had a similar issue with a Beckwith controller. I needed to be logged in to the correct access level via password to retrieve or send settings.
