GE Series One PLC Programming

Hi,
We have a machine equipped with a GE Series One PLC. The CPU failed and the program was not retrievable. I have the ladder logic and have written the Boolean/keystroke version of the program to be keyed into the programming module in order to load the logic into the PLC.

I am not sure about the use of "push-down" stacks (OR-STR-ENT) in the program and am hoping that someone can review the program and ladder logic to see if I did it right. Examples of this function are found in Rungs 1 and 24.

My only thought would be two things.

rung 1
Why would you want to interfere with lubing the equipment even during estop? Is the equipment caged or behind some screen? Would you use this limit switch when opening the equipement then disable this pump? Or would you lock the door till its done lubing, then enable the door to open? Seems like your shortening life of equipment? Not really enough info to make an evaulation.
I thought GE was very similar to AB ladder logic but do not see the done bit for the timer? Would this not be t606.dn or t606/dn? Usually timers have different bits like done dn, timertiming tt, enabled en, accumulated time some value, etc...

161, 162 When you see the LS you will reverse the direction of jog to get off these limits not go in same direction? Dont you want jog forward on the reverse LS and jog reverse on the forward LS part of that rung?

Thanks for the response. I was seeking help in making sure that the Boolean/keystroke (and-or-not) version of the program that I wrote to use when programming the PLC with a keypad programmer was a correct copy of the ladder logic. The two rungs in question were of interest because of the formatting used to program groups of contacts in parallel. As it is, I have programmed the PLC and the machine works as designed so I no longer need help with this.

However, I will address the issues you pointed out in the ladder logic.

Rung 1: In the general case, the e-stop should stop everything. In this instance, the lube in question is oil that is delivered under pressure. We want the e-stop to stop this for obvious reasons. This will not affect the life of the equipment since all motion is stopped by e-stop and the lube oil is therefore not needed.

There is no timer in Rung 1. However, there is a timer in Rung 2. This is a time-delay-on timer with a delay of 15 seconds. The delay is shown in the ladder logic as [PRESC] with K0015 above it. The timer is enabled when the 700 contact is closed and reset when the 700 contact is opened.

Rung 24: I have not checked the hardware but it is apparent that the 161 and 162 limit switches are normally closed. When the limit switch is actuated, the hardware contacts open.

GE Series One is the same as Automation Direct Model 305. See their website for manuals, etc.
