GE UR Protection Relay problems.

Anyone experienced problems with losing urs setting files data when coverting setting files version using the GE UR Enervista set up software. All answers and solutions appriciated.

I've got a dozen or so UR relays and I have yet to experience a problem with setpoint files and conversions.

I have converted a few UR files and not noticed any problems. What are you converting ?
If it is to convert a model number change, sometimes the Inputs/Outputs settings might need reviewing.
If it to update the firmware, sometimes the way the protection is set can change.
Usually you get a message detailing what has changed, it is worthwhile going through this message.
