Hi,i want to product a gear box with two Gear and below dimensions ;

**
Pinion :
(module = 2.75 x 20 degree) (Tip diameter = 38.1) (Df=36.1) (number of teeth=11)
Gear :
(module = 2.75 x 20 degree) (Tip diameter = 296.7) (Df=284.7) (number of teeth=106)

and measured Center distance is aproximatly 162.5
**

this information are obtained from sample Gear box.
i know that gear with low number of teeth has addendum modification .
but i can not calculate addendum correction factor and i dont know how to made this correction!
if anyone had a good calculator please let me know.

is it posible that the module and presure angle that i measured , be incorrect ??
(althogh , the standard module 2.75 x 20 degree german is absolutely matched with sample Gears)
**
please help me..
my major problem is the way of production this Gears..when i produce this myself or by other workshop, the profile of teeth has major diference respect to sample(specially in pinion)

ok how was the analysis made that these are 2.75 mod, & 20 deg PA. you may have the wrong data. if these are for major production then,
Unless you have the Gear equipment at your disposal, I would recommend to send these to a gear shop for analysis.

Loose gears inspected for # Teeth, Mod or DP, PA M.O.W, CTT, lead, Involute, TCE, TTCE, Pitch Error.
Major & Minor Dia, Root Radii, Center distance of the gears. The Profile Shift.

Once you have these, then you need to buy some design gears books, and calculate the gears for practice.
do not rely on a half hazard measurements for producing gears.
