General notes for a Socket Set Screw Dog Point?

It's our first drawing for a "Socket Set Screw Dog Point". (Purchased part). Can anyone give me suggestions for Standard notes for a "Screw, M3 x .5mm x 5mm, SS, Socket Set Dog Point, Nylon Patch".

Thanks for any help that you may give.

Look into Vendor Item Drawings and Source Control Drawings for further required information on the drawing.

As for notes, if it is important, you may wish to define what standard the set screws conform to, along with material.

Here is what our fastener system uses:

Category: Set Screw
Standard: DIN 915
Class: 14H
Head Ref.: Hex Socket
Tip Ref.: Full Dog Point
Thread: M3 x 0.5mm
Length: 5mm
Material: Plain Carbon Steel
Heat Treatment: None
Locking Element: Nylon Patch
Finish: Waxed Black Oxide
Notes: Certificates required for each material lot

 
Here are some examples from ISO standards:

Set screw ISO 7435 - M5 x 12 - 14H

Hexagon socket set screw ISO 4026 - M6 x 12 - 45H
