Generated Dimensions...position of existing dims

I use the generated dimension to retrieve the dimensions for my drawing views. I delete the ones I do not need.

Whenever I use Generate Dimensions to retrieve the dimensions again, all my dimensions move. Is there a setting that allows the dimensions that are already positioned in the view to remain in that position?
