Generating Parts From Geometrical Sets

I have a part here with many geometrical sets that contain curves. It is the result of generating a CATPart from a wire harness and deleting everything from that CATPart that I didn't need.

I am trying to create a product that will result in a .JT file made up of these curves as individual parts, so that they can be measured individually. At the moment, if I were to upload this part to the .JT file generator. It would spit out a single part that results in only being able to measure entire branches instead of segments.

I do not know if this will work. But I am pretty sure if all of these individual geo-sets that contain curves were turned into individual parts, it would force the software to only measure the the curves that were apart of that part.

It's easy to take a product and generate a part. Doesn't seem to be any up to date information on going the other way.

soooo... show us your code, what is failing? --It is totally possible to write a code to achieve what you are trying to do. Have done it myself.
Loop through HybridBodies, for each one take all the hybridshapes and copy/paste into a newly created CATPart.

I honestly wouldn't even know where to being to create a Macro that could achieve this. My only experience with Marcos is utilizing the ones that have already been created or making small changes to them.
