Generator room fire wall requirements for standby generator NFPA 1

Hello, in an office building, we have a generator room, with two generator for the servers etc. Meaning NOT the Emergency equipment. Is there any requirement for the fire protection of the walls of this room?
I found the NFPA 110: 7.2.2.1 saying that indoor EPSS Rooms need 2 hour fire resistance. But is this also necessary if these generators just serve for "regular light" etc. not Emegerncy light.

1) What is the governing building code?
2) Are these diesel engine driven generators? If so, what volume of fuel is stored inside the building?
3) Is the building a high rise under US building codes?
4) Is the building in question in the US?

1) What is the governing building code? - The building is constructed in El salvador and we are following the NFPA codes (13,20,101,110 etc.) from 2013/2014
2) Are these diesel engine driven generators? If so, what volume of fuel is stored inside the building? Yes, there are two diesel engines stored in ONE room. 1500 gallons. Besides that, in the fire pump room is another tank with 120 galones.
3) Is the building a high rise under US building codes? No, it is not a high-rise building. A non-high-rise office building.
4) Is the building in question in the US? San salvador, El salvador.

You need to refer to NFPA 37 Standard for the Installation and Use of Stationary Combustion Engines and Gas Turbines. The older copy I have says the room needs a minimum 1 hour wall.
