geometric tolerancing exam

I have two references I feel are excellent:

One is Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing - Based on ANSI/ASME Y14.5M-1994 by David A. Madsen

The other book I have is a workbook that I was given when our office took a class on GD&T. Source is:
