Google - Unit System - Siemens Communities. You will need to set scales factor based on m or mm.
The unit system in some FEA software is user defined. You would be responsible for setting correct unit systems. Search consistent unit system table from Abaqus.
If you want to use 'mm' then units will be Force-Distance-mass-time => N-mm-metric tonne(10^3kg)-s
If you want to use 'm' then units will be Force-Distance-mass-time => N-m-kg-s
