Hello Gents!
Thanks for all of your help on many other topics!
Next question:
I am looking at novel ways to incorporate rotation onto a shaft using water under pressure.
I have been interested in designing a gerotor motor that is energised by water at about 16MPa and with as little flow as possible. I have a maximum flow rate from the supply of about 65l/min. I however need some of this flow for other purposes.
This product will be used in the mining environment so there will be a little dirt in the water supply.
What is the best way to generate rotation at speeds of about 180rpm with high torque?
I found this program that has helped me to design a gerotor pump, I will reverse the flow to use it as a motor:
Your input would be greatly appreciated!
