Getting a preview of the file when loading from directory 1

When opening an NX 7.5 file I can not get the preview of the file to show. All that is present is the Siemens nx std icon. All other files show the file content (solide works--acad--ect). What am I missing..NX or operating system??

Make sure that your parts have previews saved:
File -> Properties

Also the see the customer defaults for how to define for new blank parts:

From Windows, select "Start -> Run" and enter:
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\UGS\NX 7.5\UGII\ugshext.dll"

assuming that's where NX is installed.

I got a problem at UGNX 7.5 in two machines. The UG is not saving the preview. I checked the configuration but it’s all as recommended. This problem is happening only in two machines. I checked the OS version and setting…..it’s all OK.
The both machines are SUN Ultra 20 with XP 32 Bits SP3.
Does anybody have any idea about this problem?
