Getting and Setting Attribute values in Teamcenter file

Hi
I am struggling to crate a journal file which returns an attribute values of an assembly structure, The attribute name is "DB_PART_NO". Can some body help in this journal file. It would be great if the same Journal also edits a value of another attribute called "CALLOUT". Thank you in advance.

Not sure if you are still looking for this. Are you looking for a journal that checks the attribute at the Work Part level or of a component?

I have a journal that adds two attributes to the Work Part File Properties.

The request is a bit unclear in what you want and the purpose of this.
DB_PART_NO is a database attribute NX Teamcenter and cannot easily be modified.
The callout is by default assigned by NX or TC, but can be manipulated if that is desired.
