getting help in ugnx4 3

Dear Friends,
I have installed UGNX4 on my pc. but when i seek help(f1) or documentation.
it does not response properly .
it shows
cannot find file:///Crogram%20 files/UGS/NX%204.0/Ugdoc/html_files/MainLibrary.html
make sure the path is correct or internet address is correct.
can anyone help me in this regards
