Getting rid of Macros 3

Hi folks,
I wonder if you can help with a problem I'm having with Excel.
I have a spreadsheet that I created some macros in to help me with the development stage of an application. I then deleted all the macros but when I open the file it still asks me if I wants to run macros, even though there are none there.
I want to solve this before I send it out, can anyone help?

you can copy your file sheet by sheet into a new excel file and delete the old one, it worked for me.

I've had a similar problem with the macro warning after deleting all the macros and I believe it is related to the creation of a "Modules" folder when you create macros.

Try this,
1. Open the offending workbook, let's call it Book1.
2. Select from the menu Tools\Macro\Visual Basic Editor (Alt+F11)
3. In the Visual Basic Editor, select View\Project Explorer (Ctrl+R)
4. In the section of the screen listing your folders, look for the category VBAProject (Book1) where Book1 is the offending workbook name.
You may find you have a Modules folder with a Module1 item. Check to see Module1 is empty and delete it. That should prevent the macro warning message the next time you open.
