I am trying to find a solvent and a type of soft rubber that I can use to glue the rubber to PVC.
it would go pipe to rubber tube back to pipe.
This will allow the pipe to bend gently (at the rubber area)and eliminate vibrations from a pump.
It would be under 10 PSI

any ideas would be greatful

Any polyester that uses styrene as a participating solvent.
Vinyl esters and their equivalents are suitable if water is present in service.

What are normal operating (or rated) temperatures for pvc sch#40 pipe?
How cold or hot until its properties change dramatically that it will lose its structural integrity?
