good day every one

i have simple structure it is small warehouse with dimensions 9.6x4 and Hight is 6m
it has one wall side fully opened 9.6x6=57.6m2
other openings in other walls = 9.6*2.1+4*2.1*2=40m2

my question is
is this structure classified as opened or partially enclosed?

and if wind hit the structure in direction of opened wall shall i consider opened structure in this direction, or all structure will be partially enclosed

Regardless of code, I personally would be designing it as if enclosed for lateral and whichever type produces the worst uplift. Essentially penalizing myself as much as possible. On a structure this small it likely has very little increase in member sizing, and should expediate your design time.
