Hi, I am doing some research in Geotechnical Earthquake Enginnering and would like to ask for good reference books for dynamics applied to engineering.

Thanks !

I'd start with Dynamics of Structures by Chopra.

I like to debate structural engineering theory -- a lot. If I challenge you on something, know that I'm doing so because I respect your opinion enough to either change it or adopt it.

And then read Dynamics of Structures by Ray W. Clough

"The most powerful force in the universe is compound interest."
