Good morning, i am facing problem of the bearing fits and tolerance, i have one bearing 6206 2RS CR and because that bearing housing damage, i have to fabricate a new housing but i do not know what is the tolerance i have to inform to the Lathe operator, any one have experience about that issue

The bearing you mention (6206 2RS CR) has a cylindrical OD.
The OD fit depends on the load conditions, and what component rotates.

Please post a picture of the bearing housing damage. That may help determine the fit required.

actually, i dont have a photos for the housing only because i assembled that machine yesterday to check but you can see the machine photo and you will know it.but the machine is a surface planner wood working machine
the rotating roller of the cutting blade is the main problem of housing,as you know,the outer ring of the bearing is fixed and the inner ring of the bearing is rotating with the shaft which have the cutting blades.
for that machine , i need to know what is the diameter of the housing and what the diameter of the shaft i should follow ( shaft diameter will = bearing inner diameter +/- ..... micrometers) and ( housing diameter will = bearing outer diameter +/- ..... micrometers).
