GPM Post versus MOM Post

1.What are all the functions can be done in MOM post which GPM post doesn't have ?
2.In addition to the above what are all the functions done with TCL programming?

GPM was put on critical maintenance 7 years ago. This alone shoudl be enough reason to not develop an new posts in MDFG. MOM is the postprocessing platform.
