GPS signal costs for PMUs 1

Dear Members,
I am trying to find out what is the cost associated with the cost of using GPS signals for PMUs. Does one need to take special permission to use GPS signals? What is the exact procedure?

Buy a GPS clock and connect the IRIG-B output to the IRIG-B input of the PMU; making sure that you have selected modulated or demodulated as necessary for the PMU. That's it. I'm aware of one clock that can be had for as little as $550 US.
