Hello,

I don't really understand the function /Graphics.
I could notice that when I use quadratic elements and I plot my result, I get different result with /Graphics,full and /Graphics,power.
From the help, I could see that the difference comes from a different way for averaging nodal results but which one is the "best" to use.
The problem is when I do optimization on one parameter and I use the *GET function Ansys changes automaticly in /Graphics,Full mode, because *GET is not supported in Graphic mode.

Thanks for your help

FULL graphics is best for post-processing. The difference in the two lies in how nodal results are averaged. Powergraphics was invented to save time when plotting by reducing the load on your graphics card. However, that really isn't an issue anymore. Your ASP should have a PPT which explains the two in detail. Or you can do an experiment yourself.
