Can you tell me how to make gradient graphic design made in the image given below on a stainless steel container?

Can you tell me how the design on the container is made during the manufacturing process?

A few methods:

It's printed on much like an ink jet printer.

Or, The background gradient is painted on using a series of paint nozzles and then the lattice pattern is rolled on.

Or, It's a vinyl wrap.

based on their website's "specs" it's a powder coating, which is probably the only thing that can withstand the handling environment.
