Does anybody have experience with FEA analysis of structural graphite material.

- what are the crucial failure modes for structural graphite.


- What safety factor is typically used with graphite.

Recommended for you

Try looking at the manufacturer's web site, they usually publish design guidlines and allowables. This gives the clues as to how to model it. If the information is terse, very empirical, or simply missing then chances are you have one of those tricky materials for which the methods are kept confidential.
