If two users are printing the same mathcad sheet and getting different fonts only for the greek symbols, what can be done to correct this difference?

Are you using a Greek font or using Ctrl-G to get the Greek symbol?

Well, one would think that someone is missing either the Symbol or math fonts.

Well that seems to be the problem. One of the computers is missing the unimath font. How can that be fixed? Can it be by by copying a file from one PC to the other?

There are a number of threads on the collab that cover the installation of the unimath font.
[Occassionally it appears to be 'lost' by windows, or some other process that isn't fully understood, so quite a few posts!]
The font can also be embedded in pdf files, given the right settings and writer.

Well it took me some time to guess what "collab" was but now I know. The solutions are though too difficult to mee to perfectly understand so hopefully my Helpdesk can do the trick.
Thanks for the ref.

Background: The 'collaboratory' is the "User Forums" located under the Help menu in MathCAD. This connects to the web site originally set up by mathsoft, and now maintained by PTC.
The user forum's web address can be seen in MathCAD by switching on the Address toolbar, or clicking on the 'world' icon.
regards
Philip
