Green Waste Mulcher Design

I have been approached by a waste process operator that mulchers / shreds green waste up to 100 mm diameter, down to a maximum size of 100 x 20 mm. The mulcher has not been well designed and requires modification to opertae more efficiently.

Would appreciate advice or guidance on where I can source information on the mechanics of mulching and shredding green waste. Recommendations on the drum speed, teeth and feed arrangements would be of assistance.
