Grey X on files in FILE EXPLORER?? 1

SOLIDWORKS 2018,

Not sure WHY I see a small GREY X on the icon in FILE EXLPORER, I believe files were PACK and GO'D, not really sure.

I have never seen ths.

Looks like no external references. When you created P&G, any external ref parts/assy's will not be included.
