Hello all,

I'm currently trying to find a way to grind/mill/crush ceramic calcium-phosphate granules from about a 1 cm diameter down to 1-2 mm in diameter. The catch is that the machine's output must be somewhat spherical shaped particles (no jagged edges). Any suggestions are welcome.

Thank you for the kind help.

A jaw crusher will reduce the particle size to the desired range without generating a lot of fines/dust. Tumbling these particles, wet or dry, will round them.

You could also pulverize the pellets and then form and fire the powder to your desired size and shape.
