Hi,

I would like to have only the one button per running AutoCAD application in my taskbar so that ALT+TAB cycles to the other program (like Excel) rather than the previous drawing (what the hey?!).

I've read some posts about setting the "taskbar" value to "0", but no one says where I can set this value. If I type "taskbar" in the command prompt I get this reply from the mighty prompt:

"'taskbar' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file."

Same with "taskbar 0", "taskbar=0", "taskbar = 0". etc.etc.

Your help is greatly appreciated!

Regards,

Griffin

I get it now. "taskbar" is an AutoCAD command. Type "taskbar", then enter. Then enter value "1" or "0", then enter. "0" will show only one button per running application of AutoCAD in your windows task bar. "1" will show one button per opened AutoCAD drawing. This last one also changes the behaviour of ALT+TAB, which will switch you back to the previous drawing rather than the previous application.

Griffin
