Grouting the nails in between days

Is it faisable to regrout a soil nail thats missing some grout days after it was grouted the first time.

Yes, as long as the ungrouted drill hole has not collapsed. You have to fill up the hole some time. The sooner the better.
The bigger question is, "Why wasn't the hole fully grouted to begin with?"

Well i believe it was a sloppy job

Remember, nail tendons should be inserted and the drill holes should be fully grouted the same day the holes are drilled.
