We are trying developing a robot which will work as a guide.
Robot will guide people(patience,guest,visitor) to designated place.
We need to synchronize the robot speed according to the follower speed.
What kind of device i should use so that robot will get the distance in frequent interval from the follower and synchronize its speed.
At beginning we thought to implement active rfid tag and reader on a robot but later figured out calculating distance using RSSI value is nearly impractical.
Is there any other alternative way that i may proceed?
Please give me suggestion.
