H2 Manufacturing unit HTS Reactor DP Increase

We have been operating HMP(H2 manufacturing process) for the production of H2 to the refinery. HMP unit consists of purification section(Hydrodesulfurizer/Sufurizer- H2S Absorber), Reformer Tubes and HTS/LTS Reactors. After 10 days later of S/U, HTS reactor dP has been increasing trend. DP increasing rate seems a little bit higher and it make us worry. Ather reactors and tube dP seems O.K.
Anybody who experience this kind of trouble,please let us share information for the solution. By the way, between reformer and HTS reactor, there are waste heat boiler.

Just checking, is dP going up at constant feed rate to the reactor?
 
What is your feed? NG or refinery offgas? What is the condition of your reforming catalyst?

Liquid naphtha has been feeding and we use sud-chemie cat. in our reformer. And, HTS DP has constant increasing trend at the constant feed rate.

You mention your configuration without prereformer and feeding naphtha, 100% naphtha I assume. Sounds unusual to me. What is your conversion in the reformer on naphtha?

Is it new catalyst in the tubes? Any chance of catalyst dust coming through to the high temp shifter?
