hello all, can you help please, i have resently bought the above book, and i am a bit cinfused,for ezample,EN 10025-2:2004 S275JR 1.0044 3 ≤ t ≤ 16 Elongation % min. says "23 L, 21 T". my quetion is what does the L and T stand for? ( i believe it is L for lenght or longditudal and T is for transverse)am i correct in this , or does it mean something else please
