Handling air with CORN STARCH

What problem should I have when a Air with Corn Starch mixture pass trough the hvac equipment.
My corcern is about the condensation water and starch mixture when the equipment is off and the temperature should increase.
There is any danger of bacteria, fungus, or any other hazard material growing?

The biggest problem you will have is plugging up the cooling coil which can lead to things like compressor failure on DX systems or lack of air flow on CW systms. It only takes 3% film to lose 12% afficiency on cooling coils. Any time condensate is allowed to set in a pan, it will eventually accumlate bacteria, fungus, or any other hazard material because more then likely the drain line will plug up.

I remember about 10 years ago I used a Torit filtration unit for an air handler for a candy manufacturer. I found a link but can't paste it here for some reason. Ok i'll type it for tou .......

and look for the Ambient Air Tubesheet.

If present in sufficient quantities, I would also consider possible explosion hazard of an environment with airborne cornstarch. Selection of electrical items (eg motors, contactors, enclosures, etc) would need to be looked at.
