Handling Hazardous Chemicals

Contractor is proposing to use FRP day tanks ( with agitators top entry) for dosing of Ferric Chloride solution ( 10% solution). What are the design criteria / precautions to be taken in the tank design to handle this Solution ( like requirement of Mechanical seal near the shaft area on the agitator shaft exit)etc.,
