I need some kind of air valve. I need the valve to cycle through 10 different outlets from one inlet that comes from a conventional air compressor. So, it would work with air like a hydrotech valve works for water.

The project is a sewage treatment plant handling flows of about 10k gpd.

My reasoning is as follows: This treatment plant has a blower (5hp electric compressor) that sends air to 10 tanks. It runs continuously to all ten tanks. There is no reason to send air to all ten tanks simultaneously / continuously. Indeed, it is better to cycle to each tank so that solids have a chance to settle. I can downsize the compressor significantly by sending air into one tank, then the next and so on. I have used the Hydrotech valve for water that is entirely mechanical and switches to the next stage just by shutting off the pressure. Is there an air valve that can do the same thing?

The power cost and maintenance cost for having two 5hp compressors is outrageous. They cycle back and forth to give each other a chance to cool.

Don't believe there is any valve like that.

Use butterfly valves with pneumatic operators in a manifold. Control the valves with a plc controller.
