Hi all,

I'm a new chemical engineer.
I feel (and I have seen) that many of the chemical engineering textbooks calculations (equipment sizing, cost calcs, etc.) I saw in college are not aligned with real life ( or are not aligned to what is actually done in an engineering firm).

I want to grow professionally and boost my confidence, so I'm looking for a professional training program for the following:

1-Equipment Sizing.
2-Equipment Selection & Specification.
3-Storage Tanks, Reactor Selection & Sizing .
4-Pump, Valve, Blower & Compressor Selection & Sizing.

The training program I'm looking for should be practical, have a real life approach, and focus on calculations using spreadsheets and or software(s) used in most engineering firms.

If you know a good training program that fits the description, please reply.

all the inputs are appreciated, thanks.
