I got a HAP file from a designer. The Total Sensible Coil Load is 200 MBH. However, in the table below which shows space-wise sensible cooling loads sums up to be around 49 MBH. I am unable to comprehend why this difference? HAP file is attached herewith.

The load on the AHU is going to be a comprised of the office sensible AND latent loads as well as the outside air sensible and latent loads.
It seems that this design has a large proportion of outdoor air (~84%). This is going to be a large contribution to your coil load.

Whether the inputs to this calculation are correct is another question, the OA percentage seems very high.

The high OA flow is driving the load. You are correct with the design condition of 107F DB. I review the Air System Design Summary output to see which parts of the envelope, internal loads, fans/pumps or ventilation which are driving the load in terms of SHG and LHG to the zone. This design looks like a MAU serving a lab or kitchen.

Yes its 100% OA. Thank you DrRTU and lukaiENG!
