HAP software- generating data in certain time only

Hi Engineers,
For HAP Hourly analysis program, can anyone guide me how to generate the equipment sizing data for lets say from 2am to 5am which is off peak?

As my case is a full glass building with very high sensible heat in the afternoon. (High peak total heat / sensible heat load.)
But as for the night time, we expect the huge drop in cooling requirement (No solar and outside temp. will be low as well).

So question, how to see what is the night time system sizing, on the required air side equipment design.
How can this be key into the software to generate this data? (As normally, the system will show the worst case, highest cooling requirement based on the month of the year, time of the day, etc).

yes, or to see how is the performance of the system (which is sized based on peak load) on that low load condition..
 
When you pick hourly zone load from January to December in the "system design reports" section, the hap generates a design and time report for each month.

yes, i agreed that the system load / zone load can be generate at certain timing.
That report will tell you how much heat from solar, conduction through window/ wall, lighting, elec and human load, etc.

But my question is, how do i size my Airside equipment based on this info. Usually the sizing is based on the 1st page of the report, but that is based on the worst case. (As my question earlier, i would like to see what is the recommended airside equipment detail if i am able to size based on exact timing, let's say 3am).

That seems rather arbitrary, particularly since your example is considerably off-peak. If you did design for a drastically off-peak condition, what are people supposed to do during the actual peaks?

@MEP.Learner ,The air system load is mentioned on a page from some of my older work at two separate times: 3AM in the morning and 3PM in the afternoon. The timing has an impact on the thermal loads. Are you referring to this way?

let's just assume the peak heat load is designed and catered for.
Or assumed that my question is to turn on aircon only from 1am to 6am, which is definitely the lowest heat load requirement.
 
Why are you expecting the peak cooling load to be at 3AM?

I'd guess some sort of night operation. In this case modify a schedule to have lights/equipment/occupants on/in the facility at the desired time. Then apply that schedule to your space inputs.
