I hope I have numbered this update properly. I could only find 3 previous threads for the Hard Rock Hotel Collapse, which occurred in October 2019 in New Orleans.

I was in the Canal St area recently, so I took a photo of the site as it looks today.

From the article "A separate criminal investigation led by Orleans Parish District Attorney Jason Williams has yet to produce any charges related to negligence in possibly causing the accident. And the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued safety violations against the designer, prime contractor and some subcontractors, but lead engineer James Heaslip is still appealing his case"
