Hardness - Shore D to Shore A conversion Chart

I grabbed the wrong gage out of the cabinet the other day and took my reading with a Shore D gage instead of the appropriate Shore A. Is there a conversion chart for Shore D Readings to Shore A readings?

Not really but the two scales do overlap at the top end of the A scale/bottom of the D scale.
