hello
i have made power quality analysis for the 11MVA 6.6KV generator set.
there was 1 % THD. please check the screenshot

can these value have any impacts as output power fluctuation ?
Does un- equal KVAR between turbines (400KVAR) has any effect in kw fluctuation ?

Harmonics are unlikely to have any significant influence on power delivery. Active power transfer at harmonic voltages requires both harmonic currents and harmonic voltages. Your fifth harmonic is small, the seventh is tiny.

I suspect reactive load swings on each machine are likely a result of a lively AVR - perhaps a slightly under-damped response interacting with the other AVRs on the bus. Can you put the excitation into manual control of the rectifier? See if the instability reduces.
