Hat Channel or Furring Channel for veneer support 2

Hi Friends,
A project under construction has an Insulated metal panel as veneer and the backing is CMU wall. Since metal panels cannot be attached directly to CMU they want to use Hatchannel or furring channel.
In the past, I have used hat channels on the interior only but not on the exterior.
These panels are spanning vertically so my hat channels should span horizontally to support them. I see only ceiling load tables for these channels but no negative wind suction pressures on any manufacturer.

Is this not the typical usage for hat channels? if you know of any product manufacturer that has wind pressure values can you let me know?
Any suggestions would be helpful.

We use hat channels regularly for veneer / cladding projects. Typically, these end up as custom formed shapes, either galvanized or stainless, with custom geometry to best fit within the cavity.

And we calculate the capacity.

Thank you. so its an EOR design as hat channels go into prying action if they are loaded perpendicularly. So typical readily available products are not used.
the manufacturer shall make custom fabrication per your design.

For what it's worth, if we could find an off-the-shelf size that would work, we would use it - just never seemingly that lucky

And we are not the EOR - but rather delegated design engineer for the cladding system.

I would make sure the back of the panel cladding has sufficient bearing capacity for the screws. Otherwise the screws will essentially be cantilevered from the hat channel - which is not a great plan.
