Hello,
Can somebody help me giving some information on how to calculate hydraulic head loss for flow through plate heat exchangers. Does the head loss coefficient is provided by the heat exchanger manufacturer? It's for a palm oil vacuum drying system.
Thanks a lot!

When you get the specifications of the heat exchanger the manufacturer will provide expected pressure losses through the unit.
