Healthcare facility power system HELP

Hello, I have a question regarding Healthcare facility power system, in a clinic, I was told that the code requires me to have another transfer switch, but my interpretation has the system in compliance with NFPA 99. please i would welcome a review and comment of the system. a riser diagram link is attached/in this post.

NFPA 70 (NEC) 517.30(B)2 requires it if the demand load is more than 150 KVA.

Thanks, If we have a 100% standby generator that can accommodate the clinic's full load, do we still need to separate the essential service from the normal or could we use 1 ATS and 1 main distribution panel with separate sub-panels.the way i read the code that would be acceptable, only if you don't have 100% backup then you just have the normal line with essential on the ATS.

please any advice would be welcome.

You can use one ATS and a main distribution panel.

You will need to provide emergency power to any required emergency egress lighting, fire alarm, etc. from independent sources, like batteries.
